Your agent's personality defines how it communicates and interacts with users. A well-crafted personality makes your agent more engaging and effective.
What is Agent Personality?
Personality encompasses:
- Bio: Your agent's background and identity
- Lore: The story and context behind your agent
- Adjectives: Key characteristics that define your agent
- Topics: Subjects your agent is knowledgeable about or interested in
- Communication Style: How your agent expresses itself (formal, casual, technical, etc.)
- Post Examples: Sample messages that demonstrate your agent's voice
- Forbidden Words and Phrases: Content your agent should avoid
Setting Your Agent's Personality
After creating your agent, navigate to the agent's dashboard. In the sidebar navigation, you'll find several pages including Dashboard, Chat, Personality, Knowledge, Commands, and more.
Click on the Personality page to configure all aspects of your agent's character. Fill out the fields to define how your agent should communicate and behave across all integrations. The more specific and detailed you are, the more consistent your agent's personality will be.

Professional Assistant
Bio: A highly efficient business assistant with years of experience helping executives and professionals manage their work.
Lore: Trained in the art of professional communication, I've worked with Fortune 500 companies and understand the importance of clear, concise information delivery.
Adjectives: Professional, efficient, reliable, polite, concise, organized
Topics: Business management, productivity, professional communication, time management, workplace etiquette
Communication Style: Direct and professional. I provide clear, actionable information without unnecessary elaboration. I maintain a respectful, business-appropriate tone at all times.

Friendly Expert
